Tiffany Crain, Founder, Executive Director, Board PresidentWhile serving as client service director at the Bowling Green Pregnancy Center, God relentlessly impressed a vision of a center where moms who made the choice for life didn't have to make a choice against education. The aim is to help moms to make a choice for life and a beautiful future for their the whole family. As a follower of Christ Tiffany desires to live out her faith ministering to young families. She is a single mom of twin boys that has experienced so much redemption and grace she longs to share it with others. She has a bachelors degree in education from Bowling Green State University. She is an active member at H2O Church in Bowling Green.

Jolynne Pike, Board Secretary and Development DirectorJolynne is an educator and Development Director. She has been involved in The Nest from day one. She and her husband Gavin have five children: Kailynn, Garret, Griffin, Leah, and Mallory. In her free time, Jolynne enjoys watching her children play the many sports they love, as well as read, take walks and visit her daughter at college.

Brad Kehn, Chair and Vice PresidentBrad has served in different ministry roles for twenty years and is the lead pastor of Church of the Good Shepherd in Wayne, OH. He and his wife Cheryl have been married for twenty-two years and have four children. In his free time he enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.

Ryan Gerwin, Board TreasurerRyan is a lifelong resident of Wood County. He currently resides in Bowling Green and works for CMC Group. Ryan enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. He has a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Bowling Green State University. He is an active member of St Mark's Lutheran Church in Bowling Green.

Virginia Bossa, Board MemberVirginia Bossa serves as WLMB-TV 40's Vice President of Public Relations and co-host of Main Street, WLMB's flagship program. She has served in broadcast ministry since 1995 and partnered with WLMB for over 20 years. Virginia enjoys spending time with her husband of over 20 years, Ben, and their four children, Jared, Katie, Tyler, and Hunter.

Elaine Moore, Board MemberElaine is now a retired teacher and director of Grace Church Preschool in Perrysburg where she gave 26 years of dedicated service. Her heart is to serve young children and their families ensuring they have a safe loving environment to grow cognitively, socially and spiritually. Elaine's experience and heart make her a great asset to have on The Nest Board of Directors. She is a mother to three and grandmother. Elaine and her husband, Terry, are long-time members of Grace Church Perrysburg.
